Plasmonic Molecular Entrapment for Label‐Free Methylated DNA Detection and Machine‐Learning Assisted Quantification

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Plasmonic molecular entrapment (PME) is label‐free detection and quantification method for DNA methylation. This technique provides direct hotspot site generation around target analytes, overcoming mismatch geometrical properties. The PME demonstrates superior SERS performance and quantification capability, offering promising potential for epigenetic ...

Advanced Atomic Layer Modulation Based Highly Homogeneous PtRu Precious Metals Alloy Thin Films

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A unique idea of atomic layer modulation (ALM) that sequentially pulses DDAP and Ru(TMM)(CO)3, two precursors with one counter reactant O2 to produce ALM‐PtRu homogeneous PtRu bimetallic alloys at the nanoscale. It smartly adjusted precursor pulse time and temperature, ensuring stoichiometric and compositionally atomistic controlled highly ...

Unveiling the Fundamental Principles of Reconfigurable Resistance States in Silver/Poly(Ethylene Glycol) Nanofluids

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The electrophoretic reorganization of Ag nanoparticles within a poly(ethylene glycol) leads to the formation of conductive bridges with reconfigurable resistance states. Diverse conduction characteristics of the bridge range between ohmic conduction, nonlinear tunneling, or space charge‐limited conduction, and high resistance states.
