Multiplex-Ready PCR: A new method for multiplexed SSR and SNP genotyping

open access: yesBMC Genomics, 2008
Background Microsatellite (SSR) and single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers are widely used in plant breeding and genomic research. Thus, methods to improve the speed and efficiency of SSR and SNP genotyping are highly desirable.

LMO7 Suppresses Tumor‐Associated Macrophage Phagocytosis of Tumor Cells Through Degradation of LRP1

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
LMO7 in tumor‐associated macrophages suppresses phagocytosis of tumor cells and limits cytotoxic T lymphocytes infiltration, fostering tumor progression. Mechanistically, LMO7 mediates the ubiquitination and degradation of the phagocytic receptor LRP1, impairing its ability to engulf tumor cells and driving macrophages toward an antitumor phenotype ...

Multiplex PCR alkalmazása gazdasági állatfajok azonosításában

open access: yes, 2015
Napjainkban egyre nagyobb figyelmet kap a különböző állati eredetű hús- illetve tejtermékek kapcsán a gazdasági haszonállatok fajazonosítása. Erre a közelmúlt élelmiszerhamisítás botrányai is felhívják a figyelmet.

Rapid Detection and Molecular Typing of Dengue Virus by Using Multiplex-Nested-RT-PCR

open access: yesIndonesian Journal of Biotechnology, 2006
world. We have evaluated the combination of one-step RT-PCR and multiplex nested PCR assays for detecting dengue viruses from clinical samples. Twelve patients were screened for the dengue virus, using a pair of primers that conserve for several ...

A Single-Tube, Functional Marker-Based Multiplex PCR Assay for Simultaneous Detection of Major Bacterial Blight Resistance Genes Xa21, xa13 and xa5 in Rice ☆

open access: yes, 2016
In marker-assisted breeding for bacterial blight (BB) resistance in rice, three major resistance genes, viz., Xa21 , xa13 and xa5 , are routinely deployed either singly or in combinations.

CDK4/6 Inhibition Induces CD8+ T Cell Antitumor Immunity via MIF‐Induced Functional Orchestration of Tumor‐Associated Macrophages

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
CDK4/6 inhibition promotes CD8+ T cell expansion through tumor‐macrophage crosstalk by activating HIF‐1α and enhancing MIF‐CD44/CD74 signaling. This reprograms TAMs to boost MHC‐I antigen presentation, and CDK4/6 inhibitor‐trained M1 TAM supernatant therapy synergizes with low‐dose PD‐1 blockade to restore antitumor immunity.

GATA4‐Driven Transcription of HtrA1 Promotes Cellular Senescence in Ménière's Disease and Age‐Related Audio‐Vestibular Dysfunction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study identifies the HDAC6/GATA4/HtrA1 axis as a critical driver of cellular senescence in the inner ear. GATA4 nuclear translocation, facilitated by HDAC6 downregulation, transcriptionally activates HtrA1, promoting hair cell senescence, SASP, and audio‐vestibular dysfunction in models of Ménière's disease and age‐related audio‐vestibular ...
