Contact Dermatitis, EarlyView.A survey of 60 children's garments from the Swedish market showed a varying, often highly complex chemical content. The highest levels were generally found in synthetic materials and the lowest in light‐coloured cotton. Further, the washout effect by laundry and sweat migration of textile chemicals was investigated.
