Rab27a/Slp2-a complex is involved in Schwann cell myelination
Myelination of Schwann cells in the peripheral nervous system is an intricate process involving myelin protein trafficking. Recently, the role and mechanism of the endosomal/lysosomal system in myelin formation were emphasized.

The Role of Dystroglycan in Central Nervous System Myelination
Dystroglycan, a membrane receptor linking the extracellular matrix to the inner cell cytoskeleton, is predicted to regulate the formation of myelin sheath in the Central Nervous System (CNS).

SNR‐Efficient Inhomogeneous Magnetization Transfer (ihMT) for Clinical Applications at 7 T
ABSTRACT Purpose Inhomogeneous MT (ihMT) is an MRI modality sensitive to Myelin, the lipid‐rich membrane surrounding the axons. A novel ihMT saturation strategy and its associated B1+$$ {\mathrm{B}}_1^{+} $$ correction at UHF are proposed. The aim is to generate a strong ihMT effect within a clinically compatible scan time while complying with SAR ...

TMSC‐SCs were mixed with fibrin adhesive and administered into the sciatic nerve of CCI rats, and nerve conduction studies and histopathological observations confirmed the regeneration of the peripheral nerve and gastrocnemius muscle. In addition, the expression of M1 and M2 macrophage markers was observed after the administration of TMSC‐SCs. ABSTRACT

The critical transition from amyloid pathology to irreversible neuronal loss in Alzheimer's disease hinges on the microglial response. This review aims to systematize the patterns of how microglia react within the glial context. Abstract Microglia mount coordinated, stage‐dependent compensatory programs in response to early amyloid β (Aβ) accumulation ...

The routine magnetic resonance imaging‐based model accurately predicted brain age in children aged 2–6. Children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) exhibited maturational delays at ages 3–5, shifting toward accelerated aging by age 5–6. This exploratory result highlights the dynamic, age‐related developmental heterogeneity in ASD.

Effects of Tributyltin Chloride on Human Neuronal Differentiation and Mice Brain Development
ABSTRACT According to the developmental origins of health and disease hypothesis, perinatal exposure to an environmental toxicant during the development of the nervous system could cause a permanent cellular modification that may promote the appearance of neurodegenerative diseases at an older age.

Iron Physiology and Its Impact on Atopic Diseases: An EAACI Taskforce Report
ABSTRACT Iron is essential for oxygen transport, energy metabolism, and immune regulation. Yet iron deficiency is the most common micronutrient disorder across all age groups, affecting nearly one quarter of the global population. Iron deficiency triggers nutritional immunity, a host defense mechanism that withholds and redistributes iron, contributing
