Understanding the NBTI degradation in halo-doped channel p-MOSFETs
Role of initial interface damage for NBTI degradation has been examined for short channel MOSFET devices. In this paper we present a detailed study of the role of initial silicon-oxide interface quality on the NBTI degradation.

Intrinsic variability of nanoscale CMOS technology for logic and memory. [PDF]
The continuous downscaling of CMOS technology, the main engine of development of the semiconductor Industry, is limited by factors that become important for nanoscale device size, which undermine proper device operation completely offset gains from ...

ABSTRACT Regulatory T cell (Treg)‐derived extracellular vesicles (EVs) represent a contact‐independent mechanism by which Tregs suppress dysregulated immune responses. These EVs carry diverse immunomodulatory molecules, including CD73, an ectoenzyme that hydrolyses AMP into adenosine.

Countermeasures against NBTI degradation on 6T-SRAM cells [PDF]
In current process technologies, NBTI (negative bias temperature instability) has the most severe aging effect on static random access memory (SRAM) cells. This degradation effect causes loss of stability.

Stacked Nanosheet Gate‐All‐Around Morphotropic Phase Boundary Field‐Effect Transistors
This study proposes a material design using ferroelectric‐antiferroelectric mixed‐phase HZO to achieve steep subthreshold swing and non‐hysteretic on‐current enhancement in morphotropic phase boundary field‐effect transistors (MPB‐FETs). For the first time, two‐stacked nanosheet GAA MPB‐FETs with optimized HZO are demonstrated, validating superior ...
