Untargeted plasma metabolomics reveals distinct metabolic signatures distinguishing thrombosis patients with successful vs. failed recovery after recanalization. Altered pathways involving mitochondrial function, lipid metabolism, amino‐acid utilization, and inflammation highlight potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets for monitoring disease ...

Ubiquitin‐specific protease 43 (USP43) in up‐regulated during lipopolysaccharide (LPS)‐induced acute lung injury (ALI). USP43 interacts and inhibits the degradation of solute carrier family 7 member 11 (SLC7A11) by removing the K48‐linked ubiquitination of it, thereby suppressing ferroptosis.

Diabetes reduces macrophage MEX3A and aggravates atherosclerotic plaque instability. MEX3A stabilises Slc7a11 and Gpx4 mRNAs to sustain SLC7A11/GPX4 antioxidant defence. MEX3A deficiency promotes macrophage ferroptosis, lipid peroxidation and mitochondrial injury. Ferrostatin‐1 partially attenuates ferroptotic injury and diabetic plaque destabilisation.

Multiple myeloma: A tale of deregulated transcription factors
Abstract A comprehensive understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying multiple myeloma (MM) pathogenesis is essential for developing therapeutic strategies that overcome disease heterogeneity and treatment relapse. In this review, we focus on transcription factors (TFs), key regulators of gene expression that play critical roles in normal ...

ABSTRACT Objective Mometasone furoate (MF) is a widely used intranasal corticosteroid for the management of allergic and non‐allergic rhinitis. Recent evidence suggests that its therapeutic efficacy may involve mechanisms beyond traditional anti‐inflammatory actions, including modulation of death in nasal mucosa cells.
