A hybrid oscillator combining an atomic swith and an insulator‐to metal transition device converts stochastic filament resistance into random oscillation periods. The interaction between highly variable atomic switching and stable high‐frequency oscillation amplifies entropy, enabling fast energy‐efficient, and reliable true random number generation ...

All-Graphene Planar Double-Quantum-Dot Resonant Tunneling Diodes
This paper proposes a new class of resonant tunneling diodes (RTDs) that are planar and realizable with a single graphene nanoribbon. Unlike conventional RTDs, which incorporate vertical quantum well regions, the proposed devices incorporate two confined

Impedance Spectroscopy of Bifurcation Oscillations in S‐Type Self‐Oscillatory Devices
Impedance spectroscopy (IS) reveals stability regimes and bifurcation dynamics in S‐type self‐oscillatory devices. By linking nonlinear control theory with frequency‐domain measurements, experimental signatures of oscillations, entrainment, and phase locking are directly identified.

Molecular Acrobats: How CHD Remodelers Shape the Genetic Playground to License Cell Identity
ABSTRACT In eukaryotes, DNA is not a naked repository of genetic information but is tightly wound around histone octamers to form nucleosomes. While this packaging solves the spatial problem of fitting 2 meters of DNA into a microscopic nucleus, it creates a massive accessibility problem for DNA‐templated events, including transcription, replication ...

Strain-modulated electronic transport in two-dimensional carbon allotropes
Carbon has various allotropes showing rich physical properties. Here, we take net C and net W as the research objects. They are all composed of carbonic squares C4, hexagons C6, and octagons C8, but with different compositions.

This multi‐omics study identified biomarkers associated with clinical benefit from first‐line ICI plus chemotherapy in advanced NSCLC. LRP1B mutations and high IL24 expression correlated with longer progression‐free survival, whereas FBXW7 mutations, high SPP1 or LHCGR expression, and on‐treatment ctDNA positivity were associated with poor prognosis ...

FgCot1 is a nuclear Dbf2‐related kinase in Fusarium graminearum. It inhibits activation of the Gpmk1 MAPK pathway and interacts with transcription factor Tsf1 to regulate its nuclear localization. FgCot1 integrates Gpmk1 signalling and Tsf1‐dependent transcriptional regulation to govern polarized growth and conidiation in F. graminearum.
