Structural and biochemical characterisations show that the planar cell polarity (PCP) protein Inturned harbours a unique PDZ‐like domain that does not bind canonical PDZ‐binding motifs (PBMs) like that of another PCP protein Vangl2. In contrast, the apical‐basal polarity protein Scribble contains four PDZ domains that bind Vangl2, but one PDZ domain ...

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

Identification and location method of asymmetric faults in coal mine power network
Three asymmetrical faults of singe-phase grounding, singe-phase line breakage and ferroresonance in coal mine power network are easily misjudged, and existing methods hardly identify the three faults correctly.

pH‐mediated activation of the lysosomal arginine sensor SLC38A9
Cells monitor nutrient levels via the lysosomal transporter SLC38A9 to activate the mechanistic target of rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1). This study reveals that SLC38A9 function is regulated by pH. We identified histidine 544 as a critical pH sensor that undergoes conformational changes to control amino acid efflux from lysosomes; therefore, it ...

Service Processes as a Sequence of Events [PDF]
In this paper the service process is considered as a sequence ofevents. Using theory from economics and psychology a model isformulated that explains how the utility of each event affects theoverall evaluation of the service process.

The human gut microbiome across the life course
Despite significant individual variation and continuous change throughout life, the human gut microbiome follows some life stage‐specific trends. This article provides a brief overview of how gut microbiome composition shifts across different phases of life. Created in BioRender. Özkurt, E. (2026) https://BioRender.com/8q4nrnc.

A Software-decoding Algorithm of Resolver Based on the Separation of Positive and Negative Sequence
In order to eliminate the angle error caused by amplitude imbalance and phase non-orthogonality of resolver sine and cosine feedback signals, dq transform and positive and negative sequence separation are carried out to resolve sine and cosine feedback ...

Fibonacci and Lucas sequences at negative indices
This study investigate the Fibonacci and Lucas sequences at neg- ative indices. In this paper we give the formulas of F????(nk+r) and L????(nk+r) depending on whether the indices are odd or even. For this purpose we con- sider a special matrix and we give various combinatorial identities related with the Fibonacci and Lucas sequences by using the ...
