Detection of Internal Faults in Transformers By Negative Sequence Current

open access: yesSAMRIDDHI : A Journal of Physical Sciences, Engineering and Technology, 2013
Initially it is very difficult to find out internal fault in transformer. These internal fault are hazardous and causes overheating of transformer oil and winding, it consequences as insulation failure because of this uninterrupted power supply cannot be continued. It is more difficult to detect internal fault in small ratting transformer.

Investigation of negative sequence injection capability in H-bridge multilevel STATCOM [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
The aim of this paper is to investigate the ability of star- and delta-connected H-bridge multilevel STATCOMs to exchange negative-sequence current with the grid. Zero-sequence injection is utilized for capacitor voltage balancing.

Current decoupling control strategy for unbalanced input 3-1 matrix converter

open access: yes工程科学学报, 2017
The reasons for low-order harmonics in the input current of a 3-1 matrix converter (3-1MC) were analyzed, and the relationship of modulation function between the output side and power compensation side was derived.

Post-merger Signatures of Red-sequence Galaxies in Rich Abell Clusters at $z\lesssim 0.1$

open access: yes, 2012
We have investigated the post-merger signatures of red-sequence galaxies in rich Abell clusters at $z \lesssim$ 0.1: A119, A2670, A3330 and A389. Deep images in u', g', r' and medium-resolution galaxy spectra were taken using MOSAIC 2 CCD and Hydra MOS ...
