Dynamics of the association between circulating levels of miRNA and pancreatic cancer risk through the years prior to pancreatic cancer diagnosis

In a case–control study of 1,307 pancreatic cancer cases and matched pairs nested in prospective cohort studies, 13 miRNA–cancer associations were found to change during the blood‐draw‐to‐diagnosis time window.
