6 nm iron oxide nanoparticles (IONP6) exhibit enzyme‐like activities that scavenge reactive oxygen and nitrogen species (RONS), including nitric oxide (NO). In stroke models, IONP6 promotes microglial polarization toward the M2 phenotype, reduces neuroinflammation, and improves neurological outcomes, offering a promising drug‐free approach to mitigate ...

TGF-β promotes survival on mesencephalic dopaminergic neurons in cooperation with Shh and FGF-8
Impaired neuronal survival is a key event in the development of degenerative diseases, such as Parkinson's disease (PD). Here we show that transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β) acts directly on rat E14 midbrain dopaminergic neurons in vitro, its ...

A Guide for Spatial Omics Technologies: Innovation, Evaluation, and Application
This review presents a strategy‐centric framework for spatial omics technologies, organizing methods by how spatial information is experimentally encoded. It compares key performance trade‐offs across sequencing‐ and imaging‐based approaches, examines computational and practical limitations, and highlights biomedical applications. The analysis provides

TBX3 Knockdown Decreases Reprogramming Efficiency of Human Cells
TBX3 is a member of the T-box transcription factor family and is involved in the core pluripotency network. Despite this role in the pluripotency network, its contribution to the reprogramming process during the generation of human induced pluripotent ...

This cross‐species study reveals that pathological hyperactivity of BNST neurons in depressive states disrupts inhibitory period and isolated spikes in the BNST‐NAc circuit. DBS achieves its antidepressant effects by precisely restoring network inhibitory periods and high‐fidelity signal transmission.

Abdominoperineal resection (APR) after minimally invasive rectal cancer surgery was associated with significantly higher rates of erectile and early ejaculatory dysfunction compared with anal‐sparing surgery. Although ejaculatory function showed partial recovery over time, erectile dysfunction persisted up to 12 months postoperatively.
