Population Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics of Depemokimab in People with Asthma and Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps

open access: yesThe Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, Volume 66, Issue 8, August 2026.
Abstract Depemokimab is the first ultra‐long‐acting biologic with enhanced interleukin‐5 (IL‐5) binding affinity, high potency, and extended half‐life, enabling twice‐yearly dosing. Depemokimab has demonstrated efficacy and safety in patients with asthma and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps.

Corticosterone Under Experimental Manipulation of Nutrition and Parasite Burden in a Wild Rodent System

open access: yesJournal of Experimental Zoology Part A: Ecological and Integrative Physiology, Volume 345, Issue 7, Page 749-758, August 2026.
ABSTRACT Environmental pressures shape survival and life‐history dynamics partly by triggering the release of glucocorticoids, whose short‐term benefits but long‐term costs make it essential to understand what drives their levels. Here, we used an experimental manipulation of two environmental stressors—food availability and parasite burden—to directly

Harnessing Tumor‐Specific Transcript Diversity Uncovers a Shared Neoantigen Reservoir for Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMedComm, Volume 7, Issue 8, August 2026.
This study introduces NeoAPP, a computational tool revealing that transcriptional dysregulation generates a dominant reservoir of neoantigens from tumor‐specific transcripts (TSTs) in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), far exceeding those of mutational origin.

Sequence of Immunological Events During IgE‐Mediated Allergic Reactions to Food

open access: yesAllergy, Volume 81, Issue 8, Page 2726-2743, August 2026.
ABSTRACT Food allergies (FA) represent a significant global health burden. Upon allergen re‐exposure, allergic patients exhibit a sequence of symptoms that vary in terms of affected organ systems, severity, time of onset and allergen reactivity thresholds.

Successful Application of the Mast Cell Activation Test in Immediate Hypersensitivity to Amoxicillin

open access: yesAllergy, Volume 81, Issue 8, Page 2910-2922, August 2026.
This study included 28 amoxicillin‐allergic patients and 11 healthy exposed controls. Mast cells were differentiated from CD34+ progenitors over 8 weeks using cytokine cocktails. The mast cell activation test involved sensitization with patient or control sera and stimulation with free amoxicillin or G4/G5‐AXO dendrimers with successfully activated ...
