SUMOylation is a Translatable Target in Hypoxic MNPs Regulating Retinal Vasculopathy
During ischemic retinopathy/retinal vasculopathy, UBC9‐mediated SUMOylation in retinal macrophages enhances their pro‐angiogenic capacity via hypoxia‐induced SUMOylation of FUS at K327/K502. This modification suppresses FUS binding to the Vegfa mRNA 3’UTR, stabilizing transcripts and facilitating VEGFA production. Targeting UBC9 inhibition can serve as

Rational soliton solutions of nonlocal multicomponent nonlinear Schrödinger equations
In this paper, we present a generalized Darboux transformation for nonlocal multicomponent nonlinear Schrödinger (NLS) equations. Also, we provide a unified formula for Nth-order rational soliton solution of discussed nonlocal multicomponent NLS ...

The bacterial Type VI secretion system (T6SS) emerges as a sophisticated virulence mechanism, leveraging the dual‐function effector TkeA from Yersinia pseudotuberculosis. TkeA concurrently damages rival bacteria and host cell DNA, triggering the host's cGAS‐STING‐TNF pathway and inducing apoptosis.

ALKBH5 promoted G3BP1 expression via m⁶A methylation at sites 142/173. G3BP1 interacts with YBX1 and p53, reducing their nuclear translocation and decreasing p53‐mediated SLC7A11 repression. This inhibites cardiomyocyte ferroptosis and mitigates myocardial damage during diabetic ischemia‐reperfusion injury.

3D Topological Inorganic Electrides: Screening, Properties, and Applications
In inorganic electrides, zero‐, one‐, and two‐dimensional (0D, 1D, and 2D) interstitial anionic electrons interconnect within lattice cavities, collectively forming a three‐dimensional (3D) network, further coupling magnetism and topological features, leading to the emergence of 3D topological inorganic electrides.

Symmetry broken and unbroken solutions of nonlocal NLS equation in 2+1 dimensions
In this paper, we study a general nonlinear Schrödinger (NLS) equation in 2+1 dimensions which under appropriate nonlocal symmetry reduction leads to reverse space nonlocal NLS equation. We apply Darboux transformation and construct multiple solutions of

Integrable inhomogeneous NLS equations are equivalent to the standard NLS
A class of inhomogeneous nonlinear Schr dinger equations (NLS), claiming to be novel integrable systems with rich properties continues appearing in PhysRev and PRL. All such equations are shown to be not new but equivalent to the standard NLS, which trivially explains their integrability features.

Bioreversible Arginine Modification of amine‐containing protein residues (termed BioRAM) allows the serum‐compatible, readily accessible, and efficient delivery of native proteins into live cells. Combined with cell‐penetrating peptide (CPP) additives, BioRAM results in intracellular RNase A activity at nanomolar concentrations, thus enabling the ...
