COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

Pettit, Non-domination and Agency: A Taylorian Assessment
Philip Pettit claims his neorepublican theory of freedom as non-domination is preferable to the liberal ideal of non-interference, and he is right. But the reasons why he is right run deeper than is apparent if we attend solely to his arguments defending

Some results on domination in annihilating-ideal graphs of commutative rings [PDF]
. Let R be a commutative ring with identity and A(R) be the set of all ideals of R with non-zero annihilators. The annihilating-ideal graph of R is defined as the graph AG(R) with the vertex set A∗(R) = A(R)\{(0)} and two distinct vertices I and J are ...

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Weakly connected domination stable trees [PDF]
summary:A dominating set $D\subseteq V(G)$ is a {\it weakly connected dominating set} in $G$ if the subgraph $G[D]_w=(N_G[D],E_w)$ weakly induced by $D$ is connected, where $E_w$ is the set of all edges having at least one vertex in $D$.

The Problem of Domination by Reason and Its Non-Relativistic Solution
This paper outlines a solution to what can be called “the problem of domination by reason”, “conceptual domination” or “clarificatorory injustice”, connected with how a philosopher may appear to be in a position to legitimately coerce, by means of ...

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

DOMINATION POLYNOMIALS: A BRIEF SURVEY AND ANALYSIS
A dominating set S of a graph G of order n is a subset of the vertices of G such that every vertex is either in S or adjacent to a vertex of S. The domination polynomial of G, denoted D(G, x), is the generating polynomial for the number of dominating ...

Convex domination in the composition and Cartesian product of graphs [PDF]
summary:In this paper we characterize the convex dominating sets in the composition and Cartesian product of two connected graphs. The concepts of clique dominating set and clique domination number of a graph are defined.
