New Onset of Fibromyalgia After Exposure to a Combat Environment: A Longitudinal Cohort Study
Objective Traumatic life events are hypothesized to be triggers for the onset of fibromyalgia. Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a common comorbidity of fibromyalgia. However, limited prospective data are available on the development of fibromyalgia after exposure to high‐magnitude stress.

Binary mixtures of intelligent active Brownian particles with visual perception
The collective properties of a binary mixture of A - and B -type self-steering particles endowed with visual perception are studied by computer simulations.

Non-reciprocal interactions between condensates in chemically active mixtures
We study the behaviour of catalytically active droplets in multi-component conserved mixtures affected by noise. Working in the thin interface limit, we analytically determine the state diagram of the system, characterized by multiple dynamical regimes, and verify our findings using numerical simulations.

k-Reciprocal Harmonious Attention Network for Video-Based Person Re-Identification
Video-based person re-identification aims to retrieve video sequences of the same person in the multi-camera system. In this paper, we propose a k -reciprocal harmonious attention network (KHAN) to jointly learn discriminative spatiotemporal features and

The geographic mosaic of arms race coevolution is closely matched to prey population structure
Reciprocal adaptation is the hallmark of arms race coevolution. Local coadaptation between natural enemies should generate a geographic mosaic pattern where both species have roughly matched abilities across their shared range.

High‐temperature interactions between low‐sulfur Al‐killed Mn–B steel and MgO–C refractories (0 and 50 wt% recyclates) are studied via finger immersion tests (1600 °C). Surface‐active elements influence infiltration. MgO/CaS layer forms, along with spinel and calcium silicate.

Dynamics and topology of non-Hermitian elastic lattices with non-local feedback control interactions
We investigate non-Hermitian elastic lattices characterized by non-local feedback interactions. In one-dimensional lattices, proportional feedback produces non-reciprocity associated with complex dispersion relations characterized by gain and loss in ...
