The proposed mechanism of action for the CDK12/13 inhibitor and cyclin K degrader, CT7439. CDK12/13 inhibition interrupts transcription elongation, leading to increased DNA damage that results in cell death. This agent is a potentially novel treatment option for patients with colorectal cancer. Created in BioRender. Cyclin‐dependent kinase (CDK) 12 and

Nonlinear generalized cyclic contractions in complete G-metric spaces and applications to integral equations [PDF]
In this paper we introduce generalized cyclic contractions in G-metric spaces and establish some fixed point theorems. The presented theorems extend and unify various known fixed point results. Examples are given in the support of these results.

High Sensitivity Integrated Visible to Mid-Infrared Nonlinear Plasmonic Sensor
We propose a Kretschmann-based nonlinear plasmonic sensor with a gold thin film deposited on a glass prism. Visible and mid-infrared signals are generated in this configuration through the nonlinear processes of sum- and difference-frequency generation ...

Pharmacological inhibition of PERK in a DEN‐induced mouse model of liver cancer does not reduce tumor burden but alters cellular stress signaling. Despite blocking PERK activity, downstream stress responses, including CHOP expression, remain active, suggesting compensatory mechanisms within the unfolded protein response that may influence tumor ...

Numerical Analysis of Time-Accurate Solution of Nonlinear Flow Models by Implicit Finite Differences [PDF]
Implicit finite differences are often applied to solve flow models. A standard technique to solve these equations is Newton\u27s method. lf time step is too large although the difference equation could be computationally stable, Newton\u27s method may ...

A nonlinear control system with a Hilfer derivative and its optimization [PDF]
In this work, we consider a fractional optimal control problem (FOCP) containing a nonlinear control system, described by a differential equation involving a Hilfer derivative, and an integral cost functional.
