Group 13 Aminopyridinato Complexes and Co─Al Heterobimetallics: Impact of Ligand Substituent and Metal Exchange on Thermal Behavior

A family of monometallic aluminum and gallium complexes supported by simple aminopyridinato ligands was synthesized and fully characterized by NMR spectroscopy and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. In addition, two Co─Al heterobimetallic complexes were synthesized and structurally characterized.

In this issue of Neuron, Wu et al. show a dual role for the Drosophila NPY (dNPF) in the developmental regulation of larval foraging and social behaviors, demonstrating a conserved role for this peptide in complex behaviors.

Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of the most abundant phytocannabinoids isolated from the Cannabis sativa plant. CBD is a lipophilic, non‐intoxicating substance that differently from Δ9‐tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ9‐THC) does not present the typical profile of a drug of abuse.
