Comparison of in vitro fertilization and nuclear transfer techniques in the production of buffalo pre-implantation embryos [PDF]

open access: goldItalian Journal of Animal Science, 2010
This study was conducted to evaluate the timing of cleavage and blastocoel formation of in vitro fertilized and nuclear transfer embryos and to compare the efficiency of in vitro fertilization (IVF) and somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) techniques in ...

An indirect technique in nuclear astrophysics: alpha-cluster transfer reaction [PDF]

open access: diamondEPJ Web of Conferences, 2022
Helium(4He, or α)is the second most abundant element in the observable Universe. The α-particle induced reactions such as(α, γ), (α, n) and (α, p) play a crucial role in nuclear astrophysics, especially for understanding stellar heliumburning. Because of the strong Coulomb repulsion, it is greatly hindered to directly measure the cross sections for ...

Comparative analysis of different nuclear transfer techniques to prevent the transmission of mitochondrial DNA variants [PDF]

open access: bronzeMolecular Human Reproduction, 2019
Abstract Prevention of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) diseases may currently be possible using germline nuclear transfer (NT). However, scientific evidence to compare efficiency of different NT techniques to overcome mtDNA diseases is lacking.

Obtaiment of Pudu (Pudu pudu) deer Embryos by the Somatic Nuclear Transfer Technique [PDF]

open access: goldInternational Journal of Morphology, 2006

Effective Oocyte Vitrification and Survival Techniques for Bovine Somatic Cell Nuclear Transfer [PDF]

open access: greenCellular Reprogramming, 2015
Bovine somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) using vitrified-thawed (VT) oocytes has been studied; however, the cloning efficiency of these oocytes is not comparable with that of nonvitrified (non-V) fresh oocytes. This study sought to optimize the survival and cryopreservation of VT oocytes for SCNT.

Nuclear transfer technique affects mRNA abundance, developmental competence and cell fate of the reconstituted sheep oocytes [PDF]

open access: bronzeREPRODUCTION, 2013
The effect of technical steps of somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) on different aspects of cloned embryo development was investigated in sheep. In vitro-matured oocytes were enucleated in the presence or absence of zona and reconstituted by three different SCNT techniques: conventional zona-intact (ZI-NT), standard zona-free (ZF-NT) and ...

Interspecies Somatic Cell Nuclear Transfer Technique for Researching Dog Cloning and Embryonic Stem Cells [PDF]

open access: goldAsian-Australasian Journal of Animal Sciences, 2010
Large quantities of high-quality recipient oocytes with uniform cytoplasm are needed for research in the promising field of somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) and embryonic stem cell research. In canines, however, it is difficult to obtain large quantities of oocytes because each donor produces a limited number of mature oocytes in vivo.

Development of novel intracytoplasmic sperm injection and somatic cell nuclear transfer techniques for animal reproduction [PDF]

open access: bronzeAnimal Science Journal, 2010
ABSTRACTAnimal biotechnology has made new biological experiments possible and new discoveries are being made on an almost daily basis. Among these discoveries is a method for directly injecting a spermatozoa or somatic nucleus into an oocyte that has brought a revolution in the world of micromanipulators. Experiments that were unfeasible until now have

Development of chimaeras produced from highly asynchronous mouse embryos using nuclear transfer technique.

open access: bronzeThe Japanese journal of animal reproduction, 1989

2009–2022 Thailand public perception analysis of nuclear energy on social media using deep transfer learning technique

open access: diamondNuclear Engineering and Technology, 2023
Due to Thailand's nuclear energy public acceptance problem, the understanding of nuclear energy public perception was the key factor affecting to re-consideration of the nuclear energy program. Thailand Institute of Nuclear Technology and its alliances together developed the classification model for the nuclear energy public perception from the big ...
