Advances in Isotope Labeling for Solution Nucleic Acid Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy
Recent advances in the field of nucleic acid nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) are presented. Stable isotope labeling protocols and new approaches to segmentally label nucleic acid with NMR‐active residues are summarized. The novel methods will have a strong impact on the future of nucleic acid NMR and the characterization of structure and dynamics of ...

Arid1a deficiency sensitises pancreatic cancer to fatty acid synthase inhibition
Combination of Kras activation and Arid1a loss induces pancreatic cancer in mice. ARID1A deficiency enhances immune cell infiltration and lipid metabolism in pancreatic cancer. Fatty acid synthase (FASN) is a druggable target in ARID1A‐deficient pancreatic cancer.

ABSTRACT Neurodevelopmental disorder with dysmorphic facies and distal limb anomalies (NEDDFL, OMIM no #617755) is an ultra‐rare syndrome associated with heterozygous pathogenic variants in the BPTF gene. Haploinsufficiency of the BPTF gene, a chromatin remodeling gene that is related to epigenetic modification, is the cause of this disease.
