This study reveals how the mitochondrial protein Slm35 is regulated in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The authors identify stress‐responsive DNA elements and two upstream open reading frames (uORFs) in the 5′ untranslated region of SLM35. One uORF restricts translation, and its mutation increases Slm35 protein levels and mitophagy.

Numerical treatments for a multi-time delay complex order mathematical model of HIV/AIDS and malaria
In this artical, we present a novel complex order nonlinear mathematical model of HIV/AIDS and Malaria co-infection with multi-delay. The proposed model is formulated as a system of twelve complex order differential equations.

Stochastic methods for solving high-dimensional partial differential equations
We propose algorithms for solving high-dimensional Partial Differential Equations (PDEs) that combine a probabilistic interpretation of PDEs, through Feynman-Kac representation, with sparse interpolation.

In situ molecular organization and heterogeneity of the Legionella Dot/Icm T4SS
We present a nearly complete in situ model of the Legionella Dot/Icm type IV secretion system, revealing its central secretion channel and identifying new components. Using cryo‐electron tomography with AI‐based modeling, our work highlights the structure, variability, and mechanism of this complex nanomachine, advancing understanding of bacterial ...

Another Six-Node Triangular Element for Structural Analysis
A six-node triangular element is presented in this paper for structural analysis. With this approach, the approximation functions of the interpolation strategy are given by using the double interpolation procedure, which includes nodal values as well as ...

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Polynomial-Based Non-Uniform Ternary Interpolation Surface Subdivision on Quadrilateral Mesh
For non-uniform control polygons, a parameterized four-point interpolation curve ternary subdivision scheme is proposed, and its convergence and continuity are demonstrated.

We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

This study reveals a unique active site enriched in methionine residues and demonstrates that these residues play a critical role by stabilizing carbocation intermediates through novel sulfur–cation interactions. Structure‐guided mutagenesis further revealed variants with significantly altered product profiles, enhancing pseudopterosin formation. These
