Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

First kind integral equations for the numerical solution of the plane Dirichlet problem [PDF]
summary:We present, in a uniform manner, several integral equations of the first kind for the solution of the two-dimensional interior Dirichlet boundary value problem. We apply a general numerical collocation method to the various equations, and thereby

Breast cancer remains a major cause of cancer death in women, frequently developing endocrine therapy resistance. This study demonstrates that upregulated p21‐activated kinase 1 (PAK1) activity drives resistance to tamoxifen and long‐term estrogen deprivation in ER+ breast cancer models.

On asymptotic behaviour at infinity and the finite section for integral equations on the half-line
We consider integral equations on the half-line of the form and the finite section approximation to x obtained by replacing the infinite limit of integration by the finite limit β.

Trial methods for Bernoulli's free boundary problem [PDF]
Free boundary problems deal with solving partial differential equations in a domain, a part of whose boundary is unknown – the so-called free boundary. Beside the standard boundary conditions that are needed in order to solve the partial differential ...

Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.

Numerical schemes have been developed for solutions of systems of nonlinear mixed VolterraâFredholm integral equations of the second kind based on the First Boubaker polynomials (FBPs). The classical operational matrices are derived.

PARP inhibitors induce a senescence phenotype in non‐small cell lung carcinoma cell lines
Talazoparib is the most potent inducer of senescence among different PARP1 inhibitors in human NSCLC cells. In the absence of PARP, no senescence phenotype was observed, demonstrating that PARP1 is necessary for the induction of senescence by this inhibitor.

Localized boundary-domain integral equation formulation for mixed type problems
Copyright @ 2010 Walter de Gruyter GmbHSome modified direct localized boundary-domain integral equations (LBDIEs) systems associated with the mixed boundary value problem (BVP) for a scalar “Laplace” PDE with variable coefficient are formulated and ...
