Immunohistochemical analysis of P53 protein in odontogenic cysts
The p53 is a well-known tumor suppressor gene, the mutations of which are closely related to the decreased differentiation of cells. Findings of studies on immunohistochemical P53 expression in odontogenic cysts are controversial.

ABSTRACT Objective This study aims to investigate the expression of invadopodia‐associated proteins—HIF‐1α, NOTCH‐1, ADAM‐12, and HB‐EGF—across different histological subtypes of unicystic ameloblastomas (UA) to assess their invasiveness under hypoxic conditions.

ABSTRACT Background R‐Loops are three‐stranded DNA/RNA hybrids implicated in immune responses. Their role in mesenchymal stem cell differentiation, particularly in dental pulp regeneration under inflammation, remains unclear. Methods Rat pulpo‐dentinal complex (PDC) injury models and LPS‐stimulated human dental pulp stem cells (hDPSCs) were used.

Osteosarcoma of the Jaws in Latin America: A Retrospective Multicenter Series of 119 Cases
ABSTRACT Objective Epidemiological and survival data on osteosarcoma of the jaws (OSJ) in Latin America remain scarce. We characterized the clinicopathological, radiographic, treatment‐related, and survival features of OSJ in Latin America. Methods This multicenter case series involved 22 institutions from Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela,

Unusual Giant Sialocyst Arising From Wharton's Duct: A Case Report
ABSTRACT Background Head and neck masses in adults are a common reason for referral to maxillofacial surgeons and otolaryngologists, and most are benign. True salivary duct cysts (sialocysts) are extremely rare, accounting for < 1% of salivary duct lesions, and primarily involve minor salivary glands. Involvement of major salivary glands is exceptional,

ABSTRACT Background Osteonecrosis of the jaws is associated with various drugs, including antiresorptives such as bisphosphonates and denosumab, as well as antiangiogenics. These drugs are used for the treatment of multiple diseases, notably osteoporosis, bone metastases, Paget's disease, osteogenesis imperfecta, malignant hypocalcaemia, among others ...
