There are some headache disorders known as trigeminal autonomic cephalalgias (TACs). When these “headaches” are localized in the mid‐face region, they are known as “trigeminal autonomic orofacial pains” (TAOPs), and they can mimic other types of face pains including dental pain, which puts the patient at risk of receiving treatments that are incorrect.

Nasopalatine duct cyst with sebaceous differentiation: a rare case report with literature review
Background The aim of this study was to report a rare case of nasopalatine duct cyst with sebaceous differentiation. Further, a systematic search of the literature was performed to identify studies reporting patients with intraosseous jaw cysts with ...

Peripheral odontogenic fibroma with chondroid differentiation.
An unusual case of peripheral odontogenic fibroma, presenting as a swelling on gingiva involving hard palate in a 3-year-old female child, is described. Even with cellular stroma and unencapsulation these tumors behave in a benign fashion. To the best of our knowledge, cartilagenous differentiation of stroma as observed in this case has not been ...

Novel and emerging skin carcinomas and adnexal tumours
The present review aims to provide an overview of the main emerging skin epithelial tumours, with particular emphasis on salivary gland analogue sweat gland tumours and poorly differentiated carcinomas. Epidermal and adnexal tumours of the skin constitute a complex and heterogeneous group of neoplasms, with distinct morphology and behaviour.

ABSTRACT Background Panoramic radiographs are used routinely to screen dental conditions and treatment patterns. Recently, numerous studies have suggested that deep learning (DL) models can be utilized for analysing panoramic radiographs. Objective This review aimed to evaluate the accuracy of DL models in detecting periapical radiolucent lesions (PRLs)

Odontogenic myxoma of the mandible: An update on pathogenesis and differential diagnosis
Odontogenic myxomas (OMs) represent asymptomatic, slowly expanding gnathic lesions with aggressive biological behaviour. Though the spectrum of OMs remains classical with multilocular radiolucency and presentation of stellate-shaped cells embedded in a mucoid stroma, they may mimic many other lesions radiographically or histopathologically.

Radiographic Prevalence of Condensing Osteitis: A Systematic Review and Meta‐Analysis
ABSTRACT Background Condensing osteitis is a radiopaque periapical condition associated with chronic low‐grade inflammatory stimuli of endodontic origin. Despite being frequently observed in dental practice, its reported prevalence varies considerably due to methodological and diagnostic inconsistencies across studies. Objectives This systematic review
