Spinel‐Type Oxides for Acidic Oxygen Evolution Reaction: Mechanism, Modulation, and Perspective
The development of proton exchange membrane water electrolyzers (PEMWEs) is primarily challenged by the slow and unstable oxygen evolution reaction (OER) at the anode.

A survey of the awareness, offering, and adoption of OERs and MOOCs in Japan
Awareness about Open Educational Resources (OERs) and the purposes for offering and adopting OERs and Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) were analyzed using a detailed survey of higher education across Japan, which was conducted in 2015. A comparison with a similar study conducted in 2013 revealed that awareness of OERs has increased slightly and the ...

Incentivizing the Production and Use of Open Educational Resources in Higher Education Institutions
Substituting open educational resources (OER) for commercially-produced textbooks results in demonstrable cost savings for students in most higher education institutions. Yet OER are still not widely used, and progress toward large-scale adoption in most

Faculty Members’ Instructional Priorities for Adopting OER
<p class="3">This study aimed to investigate and classify faculty members’ instructional priorities for adopting OER. In-depth interview data were collected from 10 faculty members from different regions and analyzed with NVivo 10. The original supposition was that the well-established instructional priorities, effectiveness, efficiency, and ...

Polarizable Vanadium Dipoles Promote Water Dissociation on Vanadium‐Based Metal Organic Framework
The polarization of unpaired V 3d electrons weakens the H─O bond to improve water dissociation by the dual Vδ+:O─H and Pλ−:H─O coupling hydrogen bonds formation and relaxation. P@V‐MOF electrocatalyst shows low overpotentials (94 mV in acid, 178 mV in neutral, and 77 mV in alkaline solutions) with excellent stability for effective overall water ...

A Dual‐Functional Electrolyte Additive for Highly Reversible Zinc‐Ion Batteries
This study introduces tetrabutylammonium bromide (TBAB) as a dual‐function additive for aqueous zinc‐ion batteries. TBAB disrupts the hydrogen‐bond network of water while TBA+ adsorbs on Zn to improve interfacial wettability and regulate Zn2+ flux, resulting in suppressed dendrite growth and parasitic reactions. This synergy extended the lifespan of Zn|

Tandem organic solar cells with optimized ternary acceptor engineering achieved a power conversion efficiency of 15.53% and enabled a high‐voltage mini‐module (Voc 6.11 V). Integration into a bias‐free PV‐EC system further demonstrated efficient solar‐to‐ammonia (STA) conversion (97% Faradaic Efficiency, 4± 2% STA efficiency), highlighting scalable ...
