Artesunate Nanoplatform Targets the Serine–MAPK Axis in Cancer‐Associated Fibroblasts to Reverse Photothermal Resistance in Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
The artesunate nanoplatform selectively targets ECM CAF, functioning as a GTPase inhibitor through disruption of intracellular serine homeostasis. This metabolic intervention effectively suppresses MAPK cascade activity, which consequently inhibits PTT‐induced CAF to ECM CAF differentiation.

Involvement of cytochrome P450 2E1 in the (ω–1)-hydroxylation of oleic acid in human and rat liver microsomes

open access: yesJournal of Lipid Research, 1998
In vitro techniques have been used to investigate the nature of microsomal cytochrome P450 involved in the metabolism of oleic acid, a physiological monounsaturated fatty acid. Like lauric acid, which is cur rently used as a model substrate of fatty acid

Development and Large-Scale Production of High-Oleic Acid Oil by Fermentation of Microalgae

open access: yesFermentation
Our classical strain improvement began with an isolate showing 28% palmitic and 60% oleic acids. UV and chemical mutagenesis enhanced our strain’s productivity, carbon yield, and oleic acid content. The iterative methodology we used involved the creation

Advancement in Colloidal Metasurfaces: Approaches for Scalable Photonic Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
This perspective explores colloidal metasurfaces composed of plasmonic and emitting nanoparticles assembled by laser interference lithography and template‐assisted self‐assembly methods. Precise design strategies achieve directional emission, low‐threshold lasing, and tunable photonic bandgaps.
