A galactose‐modified supramolecular near‐infrared (NIR) glycoprobe, TCF‐FBN@Gal‐BSA, enables targeted delivery to the liver through the asialoglycoprotein receptor (ASGPR) and facilitates liver‐targeting fluorescence visualization of lipid droplets (LDs) in metabolic dysfunction‐associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) mice.

Oligosaccharides in infants' faeces [PDF]

Concentrated faecal extracts from breast and artificially fed infants during the first week of life were examined by paper chromatography. Besides lactose, glucose and galactose, five oligosaccharide spots were detected. Breast-fed infants showed an additional fucose spot.

Functional Hydrogel for Modulating Lipid Droplets and Neuroinflammation in Head Injury

After TBI, elevated cholesterol levels in activated microglia lead to the accumulation of cholesterol esters in lipid droplets, exacerbating neuroinflammation. A β‐cyclodextrin‐conjugated GelMA (βCD‐GelMA) hydrogel is developed to promotes cholesterol efflux and reduces LDL influx, thereby alleviating intracellular cholesterol and lipid droplet buildup.

A slippery coating with exceptional anti‐biofouling performance is developed using biocompatible materials for oesophagus stents.
