A clinical investigation of L-Dopa on idiopathic oligozoospermia is carried out. Thirty nine male oligozoospermic patients with primary sterility were divided in two groups. The first group of 25 patients was treated with 500 mg a day during two months. The second group of 14 patients received 750 mg a day for the same time.

33 subfertile men with idiopathic normogonadotropic oligozoospermia were treated with the non-steroidal antiestrogen tamoxifen. A significant improvement of sperm count, total sperm output and sperm motility was observed.
