Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Learning neural operators on Riemannian manifolds
Learning mappings between functions (operators) defined on complex computational domains is a common theoretical challenge in machine learning. Existing operator learning methods mainly focus on regular computational domains, and have many components ...

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

Upper Bounds for the Euclidean Operator Radius and Applications
The main aim of the present paper is to establish various sharp upper bounds for the Euclidean operator radius of an n−tuple of bounded linear operators on a Hilbert space.

Norm estimates for operators in norm-attainable C*-algebras
Norm estimates for various types of Banach algebra operators have been studied over decades with interesting results obtained. However, it still remains an open problem to determine the norm of an operator in a general Banach space setting. In this note,

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

A General Norm on Extension of a Hilbert’s Type Linear Operator
The main purpose of this paper is to study a general norm on extension of a Hilbert’s type linear operator in the continuous and discrete form. In addition to expressing the norm of a Hilbert’s type linear operator T : L 2 (0,∞) → L 2 (0,∞), a ...

On the Norm of Certain Weighted Composition Operators on the Hardy Space
We obtain a representation for the norm of certain compact weighted composition operator 𝐶𝜓,𝜑 on the Hardy space 𝐻2, whenever 𝜑(𝑧)=𝑎𝑧+𝑏 and 𝜓(𝑧)=𝑎𝑧−𝑏. We also estimate the norm and essential norm of a class of noncompact weighted composition operators ...

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Norm Bounds for Operator Extensions
Consider the partial \(n\times n\) matrix \(F\) with bounded Hilbert space operator entries, where the lower triangular entries are specified and the strictly upper triangular entries are to be determined. Any choice of the strictly upper triangular entries provides a completion or extension of \(F\).
