Integrative multi‐omics analysis delineates a mitochondrial–immune axis governing neoadjuvant chemotherapy response in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer. Immune‐active tumors exhibit enhanced B‐cell infiltration and favorable sensitivity, whereas metabolically rewired tumors display oxidative phosphorylation dependency and resistance.

Characterisation of linear predictability and non-stationarity of subcutaneous glucose profiles [PDF]
Continuous glucose monitoring is increasingly used in the management of diabetes. Subcutaneous glucose profiles are characterised by a strong non-stationarity, which limits the application of correlation-spectral analysis.

Oral Glucose Tolerance Test for Universal screening for Gestational Diabetes Mellitus
Background: Gestational Diabetes Mellitus increased almost 30% in many countries, including underdeveloped countries and same in Nepal. Hospital-based studies in Nepal reported Gestational Diabetes Mellitus cases, with prevalence 2.48% in 2010 to 4.47 ...

Effect of Ethyl Acetate Extract of Melothria Perpusilla on Oral Glucose Tolerance Test in Albino Rats [PDF]
Introduction: Diabetes mellitus is a group of common metabolic disorders sharing the phenotype of hyperglycaemia. Certain disadvantages like side effects or less efficacy limit the optimal use of antidiabetic drugs.

This review explains how chronic liver injury progresses toward hepatocellular carcinoma through interconnected changes in gut microbes, metabolism, immunity, fibrosis, and diet. It highlights microbial metabolites, bile‐acid signaling, immune dysfunction, and nutritional or microbiome‐based interventions as opportunities to identify risk earlier ...

Anthropometry, glucose tolerance and insulin concentrations in South Indian children: relationships to maternal glucose tolerance during pregnancy [PDF]
Earlier studies have shown that individuals whose mothers were diabetic when they were in utero, have an increased risk of early obesity, and impaired glucose tolerance (lGT) and type 2 diabetes in adult life.

Oral Glucose Tolerance Test in Pregnancy and Subsequent Maternal Hypertension [PDF]
OBJECTIVE: The aim of the study is to evaluate whether values and the shape of the glucose curve during the oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) in pregnancy identify women at risk of developing hypertension (HTN) later in life. STUDY DESIGN: This category

ABSTRACT While targeted therapies have improved outcomes in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), many patients still lack targetable mutations. Here, we identified alpha‐L‐fucosidase 2 (FUCA2) as a crucial driver of LUAD by preventing cellular senescence. Mechanistically, through the restriction of fucosyltransferase 3 (FUT3)‐mediated α‐1,3‐fucosylation of ...

Estimation of insulin sensitivity from continuous glucose monitoring and insulin pump data in type 1 diabetes [PDF]
Diabetes mellitus is a disease characterized by chronic hyperglycemia either due to a lack of secretion of the hormone insulin (Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus, T1DM) or due to impaired action of this hormone (Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, T2DM).
