Theorizing Organizational Creativity
2023Abstract This chapter discusses different theoretical conceptions of organizational creativity to lay the analytical foundation for subsequent chapters. To contextualize the discussion and highlight various dimensions, it presents eight metaphors of organization and their significance for organizational creativity.
