Predictable and Scalable Analog Matrix–Vector Multiplication in Memristor Crossbars via Closed‐Form Wire‐Resistance Compensation

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Wire resistance and sneak paths severely compromise the performance of large memristor crossbars. A predictive closed‐form distributed line‐resistance model, combined with a fourmatrix geometry‐averaging algorithm, eliminates these parasitic limitations.

Investigation on the Impact of Memristive Device Variability on Uncoupled Memristive Cellular Nonlinear Networks

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Memristors, nanoscale devices that compute and store data in the same place, promise compact, energy‐efficient image‐processing hardware, yet no two devices behave exactly alike. Simulations based on real device measurements show that a 256‐cell memristive cellular nonlinear network (M‐CellNN) detects image edges perfectly despite this variability and ...

Self‐Driving Laboratory Optimizes the Lower Critical Solution Temperature of Thermoresponsive Polymers

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.
A low‐cost, self‐driving laboratory is developed to democratize autonomous materials discovery. Using this "frugal twin" hardware architecture with Bayesian optimization, the platform rapidly converges to target lower critical solution temperature (LCST) values while self‐correcting from off‐target experiments, demonstrating an accessible route to data‐

A Generative AI Framework to Predict Cardiomyocyte Contraction Function From Single Static Images

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.
A single static hiPSC‐cardiomyocyte image is fed into a U‐Net‐GAN framework, which directly predicts a pixel‐resolved contraction heatmap without time‐lapse imaging. StyleGAN2‐generated synthetic cell–heatmap pairs augment training, improving prediction fidelity (SSIM = 0.84).
