Cerebral networks linked to the event-related potential P300 [PDF]
P300 is an event-related potential that is elicited by an oddball paradigm. In several neuropsychiatric diseases, differences in latencies and amplitude compared to healthy subjects have been reported.

Elucidating different aspects of speed of information processing: comparison of behavioral response latency and P300 latency in a modified Hick reaction time task [PDF]
The aim of the present work was to get a more detailed understanding of the functional significance of the P300 latency. P300 latency is often used as measure of stimulus evaluation time. However, the interpretation of P300 latency as stimulus evaluation

Cigarette smoke extract induces the senescence of endothelial progenitor cells by upregulating p300
Introduction Endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) are the main source of endothelial cells. The senescence of EPCs is involved in the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

p300 alters keratinocyte cell growth and differentiation through regulation of p21(Waf1/CIP1).
Backgroundp300 functions as a transcriptional co-activator to regulate many cellular responses such as cell growth, transformation, development and differentiation.

Gender effects on auditory P300: A systematic review
The evidence suggests that gender-related effects could influence the electrophysiological P300 parameters and stand as an additional source of variation for both clinical and non-clinical subjects. The aim of this paper is to characterize gender-related

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Mutant and Wild-Type Tumor Suppressor p53 Induces p300 Autoacetylation
Summary: The transcriptional co-activator p300 is essential for p53 transactivation, although its precise role remains unclear. We report that p53 activates the acetyltransferase activity of p300 through the enhancement of p300 autoacetylation ...

P300 Wave Alterations and Cognitive Impairment in Cerebellum Lesions
Patients with cognitive deficits have a prolonged latency and reduced amplitude of the P300 wave. However, no study has correlated P300 wave alterations with the cognitive performance of patients with cerebellar lesions.
