Facile Synthesis of Magnetite‐Rich Core‐Shell Catalysts with Tunable Nanostructure and Atomic Composition from Solid Waste for Superior Water–Gas Shift Reaction

open access: yesSmall Structures, EarlyView.
This study aims to convert red mud (RM) into Fe3O4‐based core‐shell nanostructured catalysts for the high‐temperature water‐gas shift reaction, with the shell properties, including elemental composition, porosity, and thickness, being highly tunable.

Bioinspired Janus Mesh with Gradient Wettability for High‐Efficiency Fog Harvesting via Synergistic Capillary Condensation and Directional Droplet Transport

open access: yesSmall Structures, EarlyView.
This study, inspired by Nepenthes pitcher plants, cacti, and mesophyll tissues, developed a bioinspired Janus mesh based on sodium carboxymethyl cellulose‐Ca2+/palmitic acid. To tackle the challenges of inadequate environmental compatibility and insufficient wettability gradient in the Janus structure used for current fog water collection.

Integrated multi‐biofluid extracellular vesicle isolation with dual‐platform mass spectrometry metabolomics for prostate cancer detection

open access: yesVIEW, EarlyView.
Abstract Prostate cancer poses a significant clinical challenge due to limited screening methods and incomplete understanding of its metabolic rewiring. Extracellular vesicles (EVs) carry bioactive metabolites that mirror tumor biology, enabling mechanistic study and biomarker discovery.

Fatty acid intakes in healthy adults quantified using a food frequency questionnaire compared with red blood cell membrane fatty acid content: A validation study

open access: yesNutrition &Dietetics, EarlyView.
Abstract Aims Red blood cell membrane fatty acids can be used alongside self‐reported dietary assessment methods, such as food frequency questionnaires, to measure the validity of self‐reported intakes. This study aimed to validate fatty acid intakes estimated from the Australian Eating Survey food frequency questionnaire against red blood cell ...
