Extracellular Vesicle‐Packaged circTAX1BP1 from Cancer‐Associated Fibroblasts Regulates RNA m6A Modification through Lactylation of VIRMA in Colorectal Cancer Cells
Advanced Science, EarlyView. This study reveals that CAFs‐derived EVs enriched with circTAX1BP1 drive CRLM by promoting VIRMA lactylation and SP1/TGF‐β signaling, creating a positive feedback loop via ITGA11+ myCAFs. Targeting EV‐circTAX1BP1 and TGF‐β disrupts this loop, offering a novel therapeutic strategy for CRLM.Jia‐nan Tan, Jin‐hao Yu, Dong Hou, Ye‐quan Xie, Dong‐ming Lai, Fang Zheng, Bin Yang, Jin‐tao Zeng, Yang Chen, Shu‐hong Lu, Guang‐yu Zhong, Fang‐hai Han, Sheng‐ning Zhou +12 morewiley +1 more sourcePositive intraoperative peritoneal lavage cytology is a negative prognostic factor in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma: a retrospective single-center study
Frontiers in Oncology, 2015 Objective: The aim of this study is to evaluate the prognostic significance of intraoperative peritoneal lavage cytology (PLC) in pancreatic invasive ductal adenocarcinoma. Methods: Intraoperative PLC was evaluated in 162 patients with resectable ...Kenichi eHirabayashi, Akiko eImoto, Misuzu eYamada, Atsuko eHadano, Nabuaki eKato, Youko eMiyajima, Hitoshi eIto, Yoshiaki eKawaguchi, Toshio eNakagohri, Tetsuya eMine, Naoya eNakamura +10 moredoaj +1 more sourceAKR7A3 modulates the metastasis of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma through regulating PHGDH‐suppressed autophagy

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Indole‐3‐acetic acid (IAA) acting as one of the aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AHR) endogenous ligands is identified to be derived from Lactobacillus salivarius via its catalytic enzyme (ALDH) rather than host cells. Lactobacillus salivarius and IAA supplementation effectively mitigate intestinal aging by facilitating AHR‐poly (ADP‐ribose) polymerase 1 ...Zheng Cao, Cui Zhang, Hehua Lei, Weichuan Lin, Wenkai Yu, Xin Gao, Yanmeng He, Xinzhi Li, Qingwei Xiang, Zhiwen Zhang, Weifei Luo, Andrew D. JAMA Surgery, 2019 Importance
The patterns of disease recurrence after resection of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma with adjuvant chemotherapy remain unclear.
Objective
To define patterns of recurrence after adjuvant chemotherapy and the association with survival ...Robert P. Jones, E. Psarelli, R. Jackson, P. Ghaneh, C. Halloran, D. Palmer, F. Campbell, J. Advanced Science, EarlyView.Magnetoelectric nanoparticles (MENPs) serve as externally controlled, MRI‐activated theranostic agents for targeted cancer therapy by inducing electric field‐based ablation in solid tumors. MENPs enable simultaneous precise tumor ablation and MRI signal modulation, allowing real‐time treatment monitoring and prediction of therapeutic outcomes with no ...John Michael Bryant, Max Shotbolt, Emmanuel Stimphil, Victoria Andre, Elric Zhang, Veronica Estrella, Kazim Husain, Joseph Weygand, Doug Marchion, Alex Sebastian Lopez, Dominique Abrahams, Shawnus Chen, Mostafa Abdel‐Mottaleb, Skye Conlan, Ibrahim Oraiqat, Vaseem Khatri, Jose Alejandro Guevara, Shari Pilon‐Thomas, Gage Redler, Kujtim Latifi, Natarajan Raghunand, Kosj Yamoah, Sarah Hoffe, James Costello, Jessica M. Annals of Gastroenterological Surgery, EarlyView.Exosomal miRNA‐132 from LVT‐res HCC cells activated Nrf2 expression through the PTEN/GSK3β pathway in recipient cells. This cascade could induce drug resistance in non‐resistant HCC cells in the TME. ABSTRACT Introduction
Lenvatinib is a multiple receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor and a first‐line targeted therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC ...Chie Takasu, Chiharu Nakasu, Yu Saito, Yuji Morine, Tetsuya Ikemoto, Shinichiro Yamada, Hiroki Teraoku, Mitsuo Shimada +7 morewiley +1 more sourceNovel machine‐learning model for predicting lymph node metastasis in resectable pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma
