Asbestos exposure induced oxidative stress, apoptosis, and lung tissue damage in animal models. Treatment with Carica papaya (500 mg/kg) extract improved antioxidant status, reduced oxidative stress biomarkers, and restored lung architecture. Gene expression analysis showed modulation of NRF2/KEAP1 and apoptotic pathways.

High‐affinity monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) targeting the MPXV EEV protein A35R were rapidly isolated using mRNA‐LNP vaccination and the Beacon single‐cell sorting Optofluidic platform, followed by functional profiling. One mAb, 17H1, potently neutralized authentic MPXV and conferred complete protection in vivo.

Under physiological conditions, pathogenic stimuli activate TLR/IL1‐R signaling, triggering TOLLIP dissociation from IRAK1 and subsequent IRAK1 phosphorylation, TRAF6 ubiquitination, and NF‐κB activation. During SARS‐CoV‐2 infection, viral M protein binds TOLLIP and stabilizes the TOLLIP–IRAK1 complex, thereby suppressing NF‐κB signaling, impairing ...

This Finnish registry study shows that concomitant occupational asthma and rhinitis are common in patients with occupational contact urticaria or protein contact dermatitis, often sharing the same exposure. When evaluating occupational immediate allergy, both skin and airway symptoms should be considered.

Overexpression of CsNBR1 confers HLB resistance in citrus by degrading CLas effector proteins, including SDE5115, SDE1, SDE19 and SDE5, via the autophagy pathway. ABSTRACT The selective autophagy receptor NEIGHBOUR OF BRCA1 (NBR1) is a key regulator of plant immunity, but its role against bacterial pathogens remains poorly understood.

CitPH4 Confers Resistance to Citrus Canker by Activating Papain‐Like Cysteine Protease
ABSTRACT Citrus canker, a devastating disease caused by Xanthomonas citri subsp. citri (Xcc), poses a significant threat to global citrus production due to the high susceptibility of nearly all commercial citrus cultivars to it. Although transcription factor Citrus PH4 (CitPH4) is well known for regulating fruit acidity, its potential role in plant ...

An injectable cold atmospheric plasma‐activated decellularized tumor extracellular matrix hydrogel is introduced as a post‐surgical immunoactivation platform. The engineered gel attracts residual tumor cells and induces immunogenic cell death, reshaping the tumor microenvironment and eliciting systemic antitumor immunity. In combination with checkpoint

Thiolated Polymers in 3D Bioprinting: Control of Gelation
Thiolated polymers are established as programmable bioinks for 3D bioprinting, integrating versatile crosslinking chemistries with redox‐responsive control. This work demonstrates how molecular design and external triggers define gelation kinetics, printability windows, and structural fidelity, enabling stable, high‐resolution constructs and advancing ...
