Oxygen‐tunnel (OT) indium tin oxide (ITO) vertical channel transistors (VCTs) enable reliable, high‐density gain‐cell memory for monolithic 3D integration. A sandwiched SiN/SiO2/SiN OT stack selectively regulates oxygen transport, suppressing parasitic electrode oxidation while stabilizing channel oxygen vacancies, thereby suppressing carrier injection

The cost of business cycles and the benefits of stabilization [PDF]
This article reviews the social cost of U.S. postwar business cycle fluctuations, first calculated by Lucas (1987). Recent work suggests this cost is considerably larger than suggested by Lucas. Despite this, the author argues that it is not obvious that

Full-homomorphisms to paths and cycles
A full-homomorphism between a pair of graphs is a vertex mapping that preserves adjacencies and non-adjacencies. For a fixed graph $H$, a full $H$-colouring is a full-homomorphism of $G$ to $H$. A minimal $H$-obstruction is a graph that does not admit a full $H$-colouring, such that every proper induced subgraph of $G$ admits a full $H$-colouring ...

A soft, dual‐channel hydrogel patch enables simultaneous detection of wound temperature and strain by integrating ion‐diffusion‐mediated thermoelectric and resistive sensing. The conformal design maintains stable performance during motion, capturing subtle inflammatory and mechanical changes for continuous wound monitoring.

This study demonstrates that memristors can replace conventional 2T–1C driving circuits with simplified 1T–1 m architectures by exploiting resistance switching. With ultra‐low switching voltages (< ±0.2 V) and multi‐level resistance states, the memristors precisely control the current injected into organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs).

Optimal quantitative group testing on cycles and paths
We determine the minimum number of group tests required to search for a special edge when the graph consists of cycles and paths, generalizing previous results of Aigner on paths and on a simple ...

Wafer‐scale two‐dimensioanl In2Se3 oxidized into InOx on sodium‐embedded beta‐alumina enables multifunctional reconfigurable electronics. Sodium ions accumulate within distinct spatial distribution under drain‐controlle and gate‐controlled operation. Drain‐control operation gives controllability of ultraviolet‐driven optoelectronic synaptic conductance

Industry Life Cycles in Dutch Manufacturing
Theories and models on product life cycles explain and depict the evolution of an industry''s structural and dynamic properties over its lifetime. Hence, empirically observed intersectoral differences may stem from different evolutionary stages that ...

This paper presents a digital microfluidics‐based technique for transferring and reconfiguring soft nanomembranes. Laser‐machined nanothin membranes are picked up, transported, and aligned via tailored surface tension and the actuation of water droplets, enabling the development of flexible electronics, the integration of functional materials on 3D ...
