Electrically Induced Phase Transition and Synaptic Functionality in MoTe2/Graphene Memristors
An electrically induced reversible 2H ↔ 1T′ phase transition is demonstrated in a vertical Au/Ti/MoTe2/graphene memristor with a laterally contacted graphene electrode. Resistive switching proceeds through a compositionally invariant amorphous/2H ↔ amorphous/1T′ transformation, in which a self‐formed amorphous MoTe2 interfacial region is proposed to ...

A Finite-Difference Sieve to Count Paths and Cycles by Length
We present algorithms to count paths and cycles of a given length in a directed graph. The algorithms have time complexity O(2 n poly n) and space complexity O(poly n). Key words algorithms, combinatorial problems. AMS subject classifications 05,68

Rapid microwave plasma torch engineering tunes crystal phases, carbon graphitization and oxygen‐vacancy defects in HfO2/C@C core‐shell fibrous membranes. Synergistic multi‐loss effects optimize impedance matching to deliver −65.75 dB reflection loss and a 7.37 GHz effective bandwidth for flexible electromagnetic wave absorption.

On Measuring the Welfare Cost of Business Cycles [PDF]
Lucas (1987) argues that the gain from eliminating aggregate fluctuations is trivial. Following Lucas, a number of researchers have altered assumptions on preferences and found that the gain from eliminating business cycles are potentially very large ...

Schematic illustration of LNP‐MPG nuclei‐targeting delivery of HMW‐FGF2 promoting histone acetylation to regulate the fate of DPSCs and treat spinal cord injury. LNPs components include pHMW‐FGF2 plasmid, DSPC, Dlin‐MC3‐DMA, cholesterol, and PEG2000, and are modified with MPG to form HMW‐FGF2@LNP‐MPG (HLM). HLM nuclei‐targets DPSCs to deliver HMW‐FGF2,

Top‐down ultrasonication produces highly emissive Cs2ZrCl6:Te4+ nanocrystals (NCs) with a PLQY of 65%, which is higher compared to that of the NCs synthesized by typical bottom‐up hot‐injection synthesis. The colloidal Cs2ZrCl6:Te4+ NCs have been found to be potential candidates for x‐ray scintillation imaging.

Covalent Functionalization of 2D Semiconductors: A Roadmap to Advanced Electronic Devices
This Review presents recent advances in the covalent functionalization strategies for two‐dimensional semiconductors and their implementation in modern technologies. Layered materials are modified through diverse molecular chemistries (e.g., thiols, diazonium salts, alkyl halides, and electron‐deficient species) to tailor their surface properties ...

In Situ Magnetic Ordering and Microfabrication of Liquid Crystal Networks with Discretized Alignment
Miniaturizing liquid crystal network actuators typically demands costly laser writing or digital light processing. A low‐cost photolithography platform couples rotating photomasks with a Halbach magnetic array to discretize in‐plane molecular alignment down to 50 µm, producing programmable, light‐responsive grippers, checkerboards, and origami‐inspired
