NIRF is a ubiquitin ligase that is capable of ubiquitinating PCNP, a PEST‐containing nuclear protein [PDF]

open access: yesFEBS Letters, 2003
We previously reported the association of a novel Np95/ICBP90‐like RING finger protein (NIRF) with a novel PEST‐containing nuclear protein (PCNP). NIRF is a nuclear protein with a ubiquitin‐like domain, a PHD finger, a YDG/SRA domain, Rb‐binding motifs and a RING finger.

Diversity of Marine and Brackish Macrophytes in the Port-Cros National Park (Provence, France, Mediterranean Sea): Taxa and Research Effort over Space and Time

open access: yesDiversity, 2022
The terrestrial and marine Port-Cros National (PCNP) was established in 1963; it was then made up only of the Archipelago of Port-Cros. Since 2012, it has been extended to include a vast land and sea area, including not only islands but also part of the ...

Biodiversity Management in a Mediterranean National Park: The Long, Winding Path from a Species-Centred to an Ecosystem-Centred Approach

open access: yesDiversity, 2021
The Port-Cros National Park (PCNP), established in 1963, was one of the earliest terrestrial and marine parks in the Mediterranean Sea. From 2012, it engaged in a major redefinition and extension of its territory (N-PCNP—New Port-Cros National Park ...

A Tale of Grass and Trees: Characterizing Vegetation Change in Payne’s Creek National Park, Belize from 1975 to 2019

open access: yesApplied Sciences, 2020
The lowland savannas of Belize are important areas to conserve for their biodiversity. This study takes place in Payne’s Creek National Park (PCNP) in the southern coastal plain of Belize.

Time–temperature–transformation diagram and microstructures of bulk glass forming Pd40Cu30Ni10P20 [PDF]

open access: yes, 2000
Isothermal crystallization studies were performed on the bulk glass forming alloy Pd40Cu30Ni10P20 in the undercooled liquid region between the glass transition and liquidus temperature, resulting in a complete time–temperature–transformation (TTT ...

Calculating glass-forming ability in absence of key kinetic and thermodynamic parameters [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
Glass-forming ability (GFA) as defined by a critical cooling rate R_c to vitrify a liquid upon solidification is a complex function of many parameters.

TIPE2 and PCNP expression abnormalities in peripheral blood mononuclear cells associated with disease activity in rheumatoid arthritis: a meta-analysis.

open access: yesEuropean review for medical and pharmacological sciences, 2021
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a prevalent chronic autoimmune disease posing a considerable burden on both individuals and society. Tumor necrosis induced protein 8-like 2 (TIPE2), closely related to PEST-containing nuclear protein (PCNP) expression, is an immune-related protein potentially involved in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases.

Nanomedicine‐Based Therapeutics for Myocardial Ischemic/Reperfusion Injury

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, Volume 12, Issue 20, August 8, 2023., 2023
Antioxidant enzymes are widely exploited to mediate cardiovascular disease therapies. This review summarizes the recent advancements in reactive oxygen species (ROS)‐based therapeutics for myocardial ischemic/reperfusion injury. The review describes the mechanisms that generate ROS during myocardial ischemia.

Mathieu subspaces of codimension less than n of Mat_n(K) [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
We classify all Mathieu subspaces of ${\rm Mat}_n(K)$ of codimension less than $n$, under the assumption that ${\rm char\,} K = 0$ or ${\rm char\,} K \ge n$.
