Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Sliding blocks under Near-fault pulses: Closed-form solutions
Analytical and numerical solutions are presented for the rigid-plastic response of geo-structures to idealized ground acceleration pulses. These shock-like waveforms are typical of near-fault earthquake motions generated by forward fault-rupture ...

NITRATES IMPROVED SEED GERMINATION PERFORMANCE IN COMMIPHORA WIGHTII (GUGGAL), A DATA DEFICIENT MEDICINAL PLANT FROM THE INDIAN ARID ZONE [PDF]
The present article deals with seed germination behaviour of Commiphora wightii (Guggal) by using various concentrations (0, 5, 10, 15 & 20 mg L-1) of different nitrate solutions such as NH4NO3, Co(NO3)2, Ca(NO3)2 and KNO3 under nursery conditions.

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

Symmetric and Asymmetric Multiple Clusters In a Reaction-Diffusion System
We consider the Gierer-Meinhardt system in the interval (-1,1) with Neumann boundary conditions for small diffusion constant of the activator and finite diffusion constant of the inhibitor. A cluster is a combination of several spikes concentrating

Method on PAPR reduction in digital beam-forming
Digital beam-forming technology is one of the key technologies in 5G communication. However, the high peak-to-average power ratio in digital beam-forming would make the power amplifier work in the nonlinear region.Nowadays, the solutions to the high peak-to-

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.
