ABSTRACT Assisted dying has returned to UK policy debate amid legislative scrutiny and growing hospice sector instability. FGFR Inhibitor AZD4547 Disrupts Inflammatory CAF Crosstalk With Cancer Cells and Macrophages and Attenuates Metastasis in Pancreatic Cancer

This study demonstrates that FGFR‐targeted inhibition by AZD4547 in inflammatory cancer‐associated fibroblasts (iCAFs) intervenes into the tumor–stroma crosstalk.
