Compensation for phase distortions in nonlinear media by phase conjugation [PDF]
We demonstrate theoretically that the distortion-correction property of phase-conjugate beams propagating in reverse through aberrating media is also operative when the indices of refraction of the media depend on the intensity.

A large‐scale multiomic dataset (proteomic and metabolomic) comprising 3,060 plasma samples were analyzed to identify proteins, metabolites, pathways, and protein‐associated drugs linked to Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) independently of apolipoprotein E (APOE). AD was associated with a distinct molecular signature that captures.

Highly Secure In Vivo DNA Data Storage Driven by Genomic Dynamics
Integrated computational‐biological programming enables secure in vivo data storage by generating code tables from either genomes or gene regulatory networks, expanding the encryption key space by over 100 orders of magnitude. Storing code tables within synthetic genes, genomes, or gene regulatory networks adds an additional layer of security by ...

Principles for Rigorous Design and Application of Synthetic Microbial Communities
SynComs are artificially designed to enable inter‐species metabolic interactions, metabolic division of labor, and ecological interactions that can elicit phenotypes like colonization stability and environmental adaptation. This systematic review explores the processes used to construct SynComs, the assessment of the mechanisms of metabolic interaction

S3RL: Enhancing Spatial Single‐Cell Transcriptomics With Separable Representation Learning
Separable Spatial Representation Learning (S3RL) is introduced to enhance the reconstruction of spatial transcriptomic landscapes by disentangling spatial structure and gene expression semantics. By integrating multimodal inputs with graph‐based representation learning and hyperspherical prototype modeling, S3RL enables high‐fidelity spatial domain ...
