Efficacy and Safety of Lucitanib in Advanced Thymic Carcinoma: A Randomized Phase II Trial

In this randomized phase II trial, 68 patients with advanced thymic carcinoma after chemotherapy received lucitanib (n = 46) or placebo (n = 22). Median PFS was 5.8 versus 3.7 months by IRC (HR: 0.60; p = 0.105) and 6.6 versus 1.9 months by investigators (HR: 0.53; p = 0.031). Hypertension was the most common grade 3 TRAE (50%).
