Biological Resectability in Colorectal Liver Metastases: A Nomogram‐Based Continuous Risk Model to Define Borderline Disease

KRAS mutation demonstrated a prognostic impact according to primary tumor sidedness, independent of tumor morphology, in patients undergoing hepatectomy for colorectal liver metastases.
