PDIA6–SCD1 Axis Rewires Lipid Metabolism to Drive Gastric Cancer Progression
Protein disulfide isomerase A6 (PDIA6) is identified as an oncogenic driver in gastric cancer. PDIA6 directly binds and stabilizes SCD1 by limiting its ubiquitin–proteasome‐mediated degradation, thereby sustaining monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA)‐enriched lipid homeostasis and lipid metabolic reprogramming.

An optimized single‐cell transcriptomic framework profiles over 60 000 cells to map the ovine rumen microbiome, partitioning the ecosystem into seven cross‐species functional clusters. In heat‐resistant hosts, a lineage‐specific metabolic shift in Anaerovibrio lipolyticus toward a highly glycolytic phenotype contributes to a “nutritional sparing ...

ABSTRACT Top‐down proteomics (TDP) characterizes proteoforms in cells, tissues, and biofluids, in discovery mode and on a global scale, requiring analytical tools with high peak capacity for proteoform separation and high sensitivity for proteoform detection, given the extremely high proteoform complexity and wide proteoform concentration dynamic range.

Histiocytosis development and clinical variation through the lens of genomics
Abstract Histiocytic neoplasms are rare haematologic diseases characterised by clonal expansions of cells with a monocyte, macrophage or dendritic cell phenotype. Their clinical manifestations are diverse, ranging from indolent lesions to aggressive systemic disease.

Growth rates and PGK cell lysate activities.
Plotted are growth rates (open symbols, right Y axis) and levels of PGK enzymatic activity in crude cell lysates (closed symbols, left Y axis) as a function of the expression inducer (AHT) concentration. Shown are the parental E.

AT‐AER: Adversarial Training With Adaptive Example Reuse
ABSTRACT Adversarial training (AT) is widely regarded as a crucial defense method for deep neural networks against adversarial attacks. Most of the existing AT methods suffer from the problems of insufficient coverage of perturbation space and robust overfitting.
