Genomic Conservation in Phage Whytu and Other Small Phages
Arthrobacter globiformis phage Whytu was isolated from a California soil sample; sequencing revealed one of the smallest Actinobacteriophage genomes. Using comparative genomics, we compared Whytu to other Actinobacteriophages that infect different hosts.

Cholera toxin phage: structural and functional diversity between Vibrio cholerae biotypes
Cholera is a severe form of watery diarrhea caused by Vibrio cholerae toxigenic strains. Typically, the toxigenic variants of V. cholerae harbor a bacteriophage, cholera toxin phage, integrated in their genome.

βFaar selectively targets and inhibits the GTPase activity of the RAB18 protein, thereby reducing LD volume. Conversely, βFaar promotes nuclear translocation of the transcription factor IRF4 in inguinal white adipose tissue (iWAT), facilitating the browning of white adipose tissue and attenuating body fat accumulation.

Highly Ordered DNA Framework Interface Enables Efficient Enzymatic Oligonucleotide Synthesis
Tetrahedral DNA nanostructures (TDN) ‐based nanoscopic interface provides ordered upright orientation and optimal spacing for initiator primers, enhancing enzyme accessibility in interfacial enzymatic oligonucleotide synthesis (EOS). Notably, efficient TDN‐based EOS is employed for DNA information storage by synthesizing a 60‐nucletide DNA fragment ...
