Liver Fibrosis: Molecular Pathogenesis and Therapeutic Interventions
We systematically summarized the etiologies, diagnostic approaches, and pathogenic mechanisms of liver fibrosis. Also, the therapeutic interventions for liver fibrosis were systematically classified into two main categories: etiological treatment and mechanism‐based antifibrotic therapies.

Post Activation Potentiation Is Greater in Human Triceps Brachii Versus Triceps Surae Muscles
ABSTRACT Introduction/Aims Voluntary muscle contractions result in a temporary increase in twitch force, a phenomenon termed post activation potentiation (PAP). In rodents and other species, PAP is observed predominantly or exclusively in fast twitch muscles. However, it has been suggested that in humans, PAP occurs more or less independently of muscle

MBMA Bridging Models as a Tool for Exploration of Clinical Endpoints in Unstudied Indications
ABSTRACT Model‐based meta‐analysis (MBMA) offers a powerful framework for quantitatively integrating clinical trial data to inform drug development and decision‐making. In this study, a novel quantitative modeling approach using MBMA was proposed to project key efficacies of treatment in future Phase 2 or Phase 3 studies for an untested indication.

Hederagenin Attenuates Cardiac Remodeling by Targeting Phosphodiesterase 9A
ABSTRACT Background and Aim New therapeutic strategies for heart failure are urgently needed. The protective effects of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP)—protein kinase G (PKG) pathway on heart have been widely reported. Despite phosphodiesterase 9A (PDE9A) inhibitors combating cardiac remodeling, clinically available drugs are lacking. Hederagenin
