IgG4 anti‐CD47: Erythrophagocytosis and potential transfusion complications
Abstract Background IgG4 monoclonal anti‐CD47 for cancer immunotherapy resulted in anemia necessitating red cell (RBC) transfusions. Although the antibody readily binds to CD47 on RBCs, the mechanism underlying the anemia associated with IgG4 is poorly understood.

Secretome and Pathway Analysis of Stress Induced Disc Degeneration In Vitro
Integrated secretome and phosphoprotein profiling of human nucleus pulposus cells revealed that IL‐1β and TLR2/6 activation induce a shared degenerative program, defined by consistent upregulation of IL‐6, IL‐8, GRO‐α, ICAM‐1, and MMP‐7 and convergence on NF‐κB/AP‐1 signaling.

SFN sensitizes PD‐1 blockade therapy in preclinical and clinical investigations, with no side effects. SFN elevates the antitumor response in peripheral and tumor microenvironment. ABSTRACT Anti‐PD‐1/PD‐L1 therapy has achieved promising success across several tumor types; however, its efficacy is still far from satisfactory in non–small cell lung ...

ABSTRACT TAK‐500 is a novel immune cell–directed antibody–drug conjugate (iADC) composed of TAK‐202, an anti‐CCR2 monoclonal antibody, conjugated to the STING agonist dazostinag (TAK‐676), and is designed to stimulate antitumor immunity by reprogramming CCR2‐positive monocytes. To support clinical translation, we developed a population pharmacokinetic (

A potential cyanobacterial ancestor of Viridiplantae chloroplasts [PDF]
The theory envisaging the origin of plastids from endosymbiotic cyanobacteria is well-established but it is difficult to explain the evolution (spread) of plastids in phylogenetically diverse plant groups.
