The co-Pieri rule for Kronecker coefficients
A fundamental problem in the representation theory of the symmetric group, Sn, is to describe the coefficients in the decomposition of a tensor product of two simple representations. These coefficients are known in the literature as the Kronecker coefficients.

14‐3‐3 proteins: Regulators of cardiac excitation–contraction coupling and stress responses
Abstract figure legend 14‐3‐3 protein interactions in cardiac regulation. Schematic representation of 14‐3‐3 binding partners in excitation–contraction coupling, transcriptional regulation/development and stress response pathways. Asterisks indicate targets where the exact 14‐3‐3 binding site is unknown.

ABSTRACT The Copaifera species are traditionally used for their anti‐inflammatory, antiseptic and healing properties. The objective of this study was to compare the chromatographic profiles of seven samples of copaiba oil‐resin with respect to chromatographic and physicochemical properties and to evaluate their biological activities.

A Schur-Like Basis of NSym Defined by a Pieri Rule [PDF]
Recent research on the algebra of non-commutative symmetric functions and the dual algebra of quasi-symmetric functions has explored some natural analogues of the Schur basis of the algebra of symmetric functions. We introduce a new basis of the algebra of non-commutative symmetric functions using a right Pieri rule. The commutative image of an element

Insights Into Bifenthrin Stereoisomers and Their Regulatory Implications
Bifenthrin is a pyrethroid insecticide with two stereogenic centers, generating four stereoisomers with distinct physicochemical and electronic properties. A combined crystallographic and density functional theory study, supported by Hirshfeld surface, quantum theory of atoms in molecules, natural bond orbital, and reactivity descriptor analyses ...

Abstract Understanding how different types of nature interactions influence emotional responses to animal species is especially important in the context of the biodiversity crisis, as these emotions can shape conservation‐related attitudes and behaviours. Gardening is recognised as one such interaction, although its influence likely depends on the type

Multiplicative structures of the immaculate basis of non-commutative symmetric functions
We continue our development of a new basis for the algebra of non-commutative symmetric functions. This basis is analogous to the Schur basis for the algebra of symmetric functions, and it shares many of its wonderful properties.

ABSTRACT Hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae (hvKp) has emerged globally as a major public health concern, often associated with severe community‐acquired and healthcare‐associated human infections. Despite alerts from PAHO/WHO on convergent hvKp strains with multidrug resistance in Latin America, comprehensive data from Brazil, the region's largest ...

Symmetric Grothendieck polynomials, skew Cauchy identities, and dual filtered Young graphs
Symmetric Grothendieck polynomials are analogues of Schur polynomials in the K-theory of Grassmannians. We build dual families of symmetric Grothendieck polynomials using Schur operators.
