Australian Practical Guide on the Management of Muscle‐Invasive Bladder Cancer
Australia's management of muscle‐invasive bladder cancer is evolving, with increased use of perioperative therapy and emerging immunotherapies. However, challenges such as cisplatin ineligibility, limited access, and costs persist. Expanding bladder‐sparing approaches, precision medicine, and integrated care pathways will be key to improving outcomes ...

PIK3CA gene mutations in pediatric and adult glioblastoma multiforme.
The phosphatidylinositol 3-kinases (PI3K) are a family of enzymes that relay important cellular growth control signals. Recently, a large-scale mutational analysis of eight PI3K and eight PI3K-like genes revealed somatic mutations in PIK3CA, which ...

This retrospective cohort compared umbilical‐portal‐systemic venous shunts in singleton and twin pregnancies. Type III was the most common subtype in singletons, whereas Type II was the most common in twins. Fetal growth restriction was more frequent in twins, but primary structural anomaly rates were similar.

In a molecularly confirmed cohort of 64 newly diagnosed, TTFields‐treated glioblastomas, IDH‐wildtype, homozygous PTEN deletion was associated with markedly shorter overall survival (368 vs. 603 days) and remained an independent adverse prognostic factor.

New Treatment Strategy and Future Research Direction for BRAF‐Mutated Cancer
Treatment with BRAF inhibitor plus MEK inhibitor is currently used in BRAF‐mutated various malignancies except colorectal cancer, and treatments with BRAF and/or MEK inhibitors and anti‐EGFR antibody are used in BRAF‐mutated colorectal cancer. Despite recent advances in BRAF‐targeted therapies, their efficacy is still limited.

In patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma receiving definitive radiotherapy combined with systemic therapy, posttreatment TP53 mutation clearance and ctDNA‐MRD negativity predict favorable outcomes, whereas persistent ctDNA signals indicate elevated relapse risk, supporting nucleosome‐ and MRD‐informed surveillance and risk‐stratification ...
