Cationic poly(amidoamine) promotes cytosolic delivery of bovine RNase A in melanoma cells, while maintaining its cellular toxicity [PDF]
Ribonucleases are known to cleave ribonucleic acids, inducing cell death. RNase A, a member of the ribonuclease family, generally displayed poor in vitro activity. This has been attributed to factors such as low intracellular delivery.

A Bifunctional Small Molecule Degrader of the Long Noncoding RNA MALAT1 Triplex
Targeting disease‐linked RNAs with small molecules is often limited by the modest impact of binding RNA structure alone. Here, we present a first‐in‐class bifunctional molecule that degrades the oncogenic lncRNA MALAT‐1 by inducing proximity between the RNA and a cleaving warhead.

Chromosome movement in lysed mitotic cells is inhibited by vanadate. [PDF]
Mitotic PtK1 cells, lysed at anaphase into a carbowax 20 M Brij 58 solution, continue to move chromosomes toward the spindle poles and to move the spindle poles apart at 50% in vivo rates for 10 min.

Fenton coupled with nanofiltration for elimination of Bisphenol A [PDF]
Bisphenol A (BPA) is a typical Endocrine Disrupting Chemical (EDC), which is potentially harmful during wastewater reclamation. In this study, its degradation during Fenton's process under different operational conditions was investigated in combination ...

Comparison of PSA and amine‐based absorption for syngas purification shows that PSA offers lower energy intensity, global warming potential, and minimum selling price, making it a more sustainable option. However, absorption achieves higher syngas purity. A GREENSCOPE‐based multi‐criteria assessment guides optimal process selection.

Synthesis and characterization of Fe(III)-piperazine-derived complexes encapsulated in zeolite Y
Zeolite-encapsulated complexes have been widely applied in hydrocarbon oxidation catalysis. The "ship-in-a-bottle" encapsulation of iron(III) complexes containing piperazine and piperazine-derivative ligands in zeolite-Y is described. The flexible ligand

ABSTRACT Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) represent the most clinically advanced platform for RNA delivery and have enabled major breakthroughs in vaccines and gene therapies. However, their broader application is still limited by inefficient extrahepatic delivery, immunogenicity, and insufficient control over tissue‐ and cell‐specific targeting. This review

Fasudil in Combination With Bone Marrow Stromal Cells (BMSCs) Attenuates Alzheimer\u27s Disease-Related Changes Through the Regulation of the Peripheral Immune System. [PDF]
Alzheimer\u27s disease (AD) is a chronic progressive neurodegenerative disease. Its mechanism is still not clear. Majority of research focused on the central nervous system (CNS) changes, while few studies emphasize on peripheral immune system modulation.

An efficient, metal‐free electrochemical three‐component reaction of cinnamic acids, SO2, and amines to access (E)‐β‐styryl sulfonamides is reported. Utilizing graphite electrodes and SO2 stock solutions, this decarboxylative protocol proceeds under mild conditions with high regio‐ and stereoselectivity.
